• Sponsored and passed a Capital Budget Program for safety enhancements and traffic calming on Patchogue-Holbrook Road from the LIE to Portion Road
• Sponsored and passed legislation to conduct a safety and traffic mitigation study at the intersections of Nicolls Road and Hammond Road and Nicolls Road and Hawkins Road
• Sponsored and passed legislation appropriating funds for the planning and construction of a noise abatement structure on County Road 83
• Coordinated meetings with the Lake Ronkonkoma Civic and County Public Works Department regarding the scheduled multi-million dollar Portion Road traffic calming project
